Work Scope:

• Repaired existing EIFS cladding & recoated all exterior walls w/ elastomeric coating
• Repaired concrete balconies & recoated soffits
• Repaired & recoated all existing steel railings
• Removal of existing sealant & installation of new low modulus sealants c/w backer rod
